Yes. Debussey also does this on a fat burning diet most of the time. Often a lot more than 200 actually.

Debussey has done over 400 grams of carbs/day on diets before with very good results (but this amount got somewhat smaller eventually when the calories were lowered).

I eat whatever I want, whenever I want

Just had 2 Cream pastries, (cream horns)

2 Jam and cream biscuits (scones for us english folk)

2 Almond cakes

1/2 litre stawberry milk

It's late here so I don't plan on burning it off. I'm stuffed to the gills

over 1500 cal

Loving it

how much protein?

180 - 200 grams/day. On a 2860 calorie fatburning diet, the macronutrient breakdown will be the following:

About 55,94% of calories from carbs = 1600 calories/400 grams.
About 25,17% of calories from protein = 720 calories/180 grams
About 18,81% of calories from fat = 540 calories/60 grams of fat

If calories were to go higher, the macronutrient of choice for adding these would be fat.

This would be the basis for the first 2 - 6 weeks during long term dieting, with a target of loosing about 0,5 kg/1,1 pound per week. For a system like Layne Norton uses (2-4 weeks high calories, 2 weeks of dieting, the numbers would be different).

The results are consistent as fuck, with a long term weight log showing almost a linear weight loss that amounts to 0,5 kg/1,1 pounds per week for the first few months (with very little reduction in strenght or energy, while showing a predictable reduction in bodyfat measured with Jackson and Pollock 3 site) with only minimal reduction of the calories.

This is not necessary a diet for getting on stage though, and it would probably need to be tweaked eventually if the goal was to compete in BB.

Bodyweight: 81 pounds, 9,2 inch arms, 25% bodyfat :'(

Bench press: 55 pounds for a few reps.

For more details on Debussey's training, check Debussey's training log, found here (It = very important that you read this, the workouts on teh first page = brutal!)

was never written by Debussey. The nurse on the mental asylum must have been trolling Debussey's beloved account while Debussey was taking the xanax, valium and the nightly dose of potato chips >:( >:( >:(

Debussey's diet = McDonalds and potato chips.

That would work fine, especially when not trying to lose fat.

Disclaimer: *Debussey diet = chips and burgers, so this post = not based on experience*
