Can't stop moving the fucking things...it keeps building and building until I have to wiggle them...It's like a dull ache that only relieved by swishing them..

Does any else get this shit?

I use to have that. Fucking hated it, so frustrating. Haven't had it for a while now.........(touch wood)

potassium helps also try Aleve, it's Naproxen Sodium which is a muscle relaxer.

my mother has this. there are prescription meds that treat it very effectively. if it gets too bad see your doctor

I had it for a while when I was being super heavily medicated in the hospital and couldnt slep. Thy gave me gabapentin and it went away. It hasnt returned, fortunately, but Ive always had a hard time sitting still

the "tension" the "Anxiety".......feel like all my nerve endings are on fire
usually i have had to stay awake all night (doesn't happen that often thank god)

you feel like/wish you could "cut your legs off"
