Whats your current training split like JF ?
well right now i would like to train everyday. yesterday i was so busy i didnt even have time to train unfortunatly but my appetite was ferocious! so i just let my body eat alot because it probably needed repairing from the day b4 of training that went something like this
190 pound bent rows 12 sets of 20 this really brought my back out in a good way
light squats to recover knee with only one 45 pound dumbell 10 sets of 25
sholder raises with 40 pound dumbells 5 sets of 20
