That is sufficient. As long as you are losing 0,5 kg/week on average, you are doing excellent. But do not trust weight progress with just one measurement per week.

Oh, and if I could throw a tip your way, D. Train the shit out of your legs so they have no incentive to disappear on you. A couple of really heavy sets to maintain strength, and then 10 sets of 12 reps of hard stuff or so, and then finish off with a good set of 20.

Add: Really good for hormone levels and metabolism, too!

Dieting = technically simple. Self motivation = rocket science for most people.

Debussey thinks that Deicide does not need more technical details about dieting. Debussey thinks that Deicide needs more incentive to get into shape. He might be somewhat motivated, but he = not so determined that he = willing to kill to obtain his goal. He = not obsessed. Without such an obsession, the objective will not be accomplished in this case.

What could Getbiggers to do help him get incentive, the kind of incentive that creates a barely controllable obsession? Dr.Monkey: chime in with your "James Bondishness" and contribute

Hmm...obsession helps but you can still accomplish things without being obsessed.

When I was younger I was obsessed with lots of stuff but as you get older the fires cool.

Debussey has been ripped at least at one point. Only ripped people know such things.
