that was for powerlifting strength, for bodybuilding he has went lighter - i.e. pink dumbells by the hundreds.
he has lost some density IMO, he needs to get back to hard and heavy basics like he used to when he looked like this:
That Johnnie Jackson is one of those pictures that I look at and say "Damn I would love to look like that." Huge chest, small waist, defined and I bet he got that way lifting huge ass weight. (I won't mention what I think needs a bit of work from that photo, but overall that's a pretty good idea of how I'd give my right nut to look like).
Maybe not PL'ing numbers, but that physique obviously can move big numbers as has been proven in PL'ing meets in the past.
