I'm not Jesus Christ, ...nor am I a lousy sheeple fuckwort, ...whatever that is, ... but I will comment.

It pretty much speaks for itself doesn't it? Another example of abuse of authority. We see it all the time.
It's not just cops, ...pretty much any megomaniacal prick with authority tends to abuse it.

When people dare to stand up for themselves or their rights, ...or dare to point out the errors of someones ways, megalomanical pricks with little pricks take punitive actions. We see it all the time, ...don't we?

YES Jag...some people who come into POWER often go corrupt (those with power who look to do right are either  disposed of, suppressed or brough up on false charges and fired), but in this case these low intelligent pricks are following orders to make HELL of the lives of those who point out their rights or remind government of the constitution or who refuse the NWO with their maniacal plan to ID, Chip, Invade, Jail, Kill "dissenters"... It is all shameful.

These same cops (and enforcement agency personnel) will soon be unemployed as america sinks into further depression and I guarantee you as hard times and difficulty comes their way and they are VIOLATED, they will be the main ones who scream the LOUDEST and stand at the front of the protest parade/line about their constitutional rights...yet while they are and were working they care nothing about the constitutional rights of others.... (don't you love how when government officials are fired they suddenly write these 'TELL ALL BOOKS'...why didn't they write them while things were going good for them???)

It is a awkward world, especially in america, where the divisions between government and people is THEM AND US, where the division between military is THEM AND US, where the division between the police and people is THEM AND US, where the division between the rich and poor is THEM AND US...

So much division that it has brough about a mindset to not be concerned about the 'THEM' anymore becasue it is just 'US'. So the violations continue and become worst until eventually ALL are in the same pot being cooked by the same task master...

Nothing new. No one gives a shit untill it happens to them. Probably going to have a million idiots  saying , "he just should have let them inspect the car." Know your rights. Stand up for your rights. Fight for your rights or you WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS LEFT.

He could have also refused but when told he was being arrested he could have complied quickly and without being argumentative

I only watched the video once but at one point they told him he was being arrested and he went to continue arguing (perhaps peacefully).

I'm not saying they are justified in what they did to him but I'm wondering if they ever asked him to get out of the car and he refused.  It seems like he did refuse or he wouldn't have been sitting in the car for an hour.

Given the mindset of a couple of you in this thread who've made excuses for the cops doing what they did to this man...it will be VERY EASY to implement the NWO in america. Most of you are either too stupid or are too scared to do anything but COMPLY. The pastor was giving you all an example of standing up for his and your rights...even if it meant getting abused in the process. Maybe all of you should watch those videos of your African American population in america standing up for their rights in the 60s against american government, cops and politicians who treated them so violently and fatally becasue they would not COMPLY. Now put yourself in the place of those African Americans ...will it take you being shot, water hosed, beaten, jailed, hanged before you wake up to what is happening around you??? Or are you all too ready and willing to DO AS YOU ARE TOLD??? At least the African Americans put up a fight...you are willingly going to your ENSLAVEMENT!!!!!

Yes,so it was a justified beating EXACTLY like the beating that Rodney King got.The differance? You wont see whites rioting if these cops dont get jailed.

I kinda sided with him at the point they were unwilling to have the dog show their cause.  I'm totally against this checkpoint crap where everyone is assumed guilty for driving from point a to point b.  It's too nazi-police state.  It also sounds like they continued to torment him with a beating after the point he was under control.  If the guy had any heart problems, he would be dead going through multiple and repeated tazers.  This is all assuming the story is accurate.  Would be much better to see the actual video.

Need to see the video of the incident.  It sounds pretty bad, but if he was resisting, then there is some justification.

What are these checkpoints?  I am against checkpoints and random stops.  These infringe upon our rights.  Stops for reasonable suspicion are different.

Look I understand hugo's point about check points but thats neither here nor there. This man refused police instructions, refused to answer questions, how else would you propose they got him out of the car? did you ppl stop to think that maybe the dog did alert to his trunk and perhaps they thought he may be a drug runner or worse? LOL  ::) some of you ppl.

That's right.  Get out of the car.  Let them search.  Then file a complaint with whatever agency oversees them, call the media, etc.

This guy is an idiot.  Sat in the car for an hour and refused to get out of the car.  That's not how you fight the system, and he now has the scars to prove it.

first of all he said DRUGS or a dead body but nice spin...

My car got hit on in high school during a sweep with a dog through the parking lot, didnt find anything they found something that they said was a weed stem, very doubtful but that doesnt mean the dog didnt hit on my car at all.

FACT he refused to answer questions
FACT he refused to let them search
FACT he refused to get out of the car

LOL its ridiculous that ppl are upset at the cops for this.

Every person that says, "Why object if you have nothing to hide?" will screech like a stuck pig when the authorities decide to classify as contraband things that they believe that they have a right to possess. (guns, steroids, King James Bibles...)
Or when the authorities make illegal certain activities that they believe they have the right to engage in. (protesting abuse, corporal punishment of your own children, using steroids under a doctor's supervision, being an annoying evangelist)

yes it is.

and if the story is true, there was no reaction from the dog and a request to have the dog show probable cause was denied.

This is true... It is within his legal rights to answer no questions.

The only questions you must answer is your name... You are legally required to identify yourself.

After that... you don't have to do jack.
