FACT he doesn't have to FACT he doesn't have to...
fact if the drug dog hit on his car it give the police probable cause and gives them the right to search his car if he refuses which he did then futher more refuses to get out of the car which he did what do you want the police to do?

here is a a question for you retards, if the dog hit on the trunk how could the guy in the drivers seat see everything the dog was doing to know that the dog didnt hit on his trunk? all the dog has to do is paw at the trunk and thats a hit...

You ppl are so fast to yell misconduct and so am I when the situation warrants it but this retard had it coming plain and simple.

dude, if the story is true, the dog didn't hit his car and they refused to show that the dog would detect anything.  In other words, they just made it up as was apparent when he didn't get busted for drugs or anything else.

Some of you guys seem to embrace a police state.

This a checkpoint that has border patrol agents working it. It's 40 miles from the border on a road that doesn't intersect the border. If they want to catch illegals they should be at the border, no?

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have to even give his name if he doesn't want to and it was a RANDOM stop, there was NO SUSPICION to pull him over.

During the stop, Agent Gilmore admitted he knew who the driver was & all three agents told him he wasn't being detained. Nonetheless, these facts didn't stop the agents from refusing to allow him to go about his lawful business, choosing instead to escalate the encounter by requesting that he move to secondary inspection for more intensive scrutiny absent his consent or any articuable suspicion.

This guy is the king. He is very well aware of his rights and these patrol agents KNOW what they are doing is bullshit or they would have beat his ass to a pulp if they had the legal authority to do so.

somebody, maybe you, posted some really good shit a while ago about what to do and say in encounters with law enforcement.  Do you remember that?  If so can you bump that or post it again?  I usually remember threads pretty well but can't find that one.

and you know this how, again sitting in the drivers seat you cannot see a dog right behind your trunk so how would he have seen if the dog did or didnt?

they refused to show the dog hit again, that doesnt mean the dog didnt hit the first time does it? again sitting in the drivers seat you cannot see a dog right behind your trunk so how would he have seen if the dog did or didnt? plain and simple he couldnt have...yea b/c a dog has never hit on something and it turned up clean  ::) shit happens they arent perfect.

Its their word against his and by his own admission he refused questioning, refused to let the search, refused to get out of the car...

that was an awesome vid.  Sound about like what the Pator tried to do but didn't have a camera documenting.  In one encounter I had with border patrol back in the 80's I started to take pictures and they came freaking unglued on me.  Said it was against the law for me to document anything.  That was in Texas.

nope just not an alarmist who over reacts, he had no reason to refuse the search after the dog hit on his car, no reason to refuse to get out of the car, again was it excessive maybe from his story yea it sounds like it but ill put dollars to donuts it didnt go down like he said.

Tony seriously... Just so you know... drug K-9s rarely make mistakes... They didn't find anything, so I'd bet money the dog didn't hit on anything.

Drug dogs almost never fuck up.

Whats your opinion on the above video?  You don't have a problem with border patrol agents working 40 miles aways from the border, performing suspicionless stops on American citizens?

I'm telling you what a K-9 cop will say on the witness stand... I have seen it.

All K-9 patrolmen will testify on a witness stand that the dogs do not make mistakes... They can't have it both ways.

LOL i couldnt watch the entire thing if heard him say detained one more time i was gonna head butt the wall. Ill give you its odd that border patrol was 40 miles out but he said it was DHS which seems like it a plausable strategy to get illegals.

Are you saying that all check points are illegal? b/c thats really the only basis for bitching here that i see...honestly and if they are all illegal then why not bitch about the dwi check points?

tony types are the reason freedom fails.

absolutely so bro and your ilk are the instrument of that and have been for many hundreds of years...

"Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There was never a democracy that did not commit suicide." And, "There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty. But a Constitution once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever."--John Adams

"Any people that would give up liberty for a little temporary safety deserves neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin

those are not the vids I was thinking of.  They were not of the masked man. If I remember right those were posted later in the thread I was thinking of or in a thread a little after.  I'm usually able to remember and search a thread pretty fast on something that was said but I'm not recalling good on this one.  I did think that the border checkpoint vid bindare just posted was pretty darn good.

for those of you who understand what is going on here, and some of you do, it is very important that you pass those values and understandings on to your kids.  Otherwise they grow up to be Tony's and BB's and bye bye America and we don't want that :D

Nothing new. No one gives a shit untill it happens to them. Probably going to have a million idiots  saying , "he just should have let them inspect the car." Know your rights. Stand up for your rights. Fight for your rights or you WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS LEFT.

Fucking lib! ;D
I hate the State.
