the only thing i take right now is  Optimum Nutrition Whey and took creatine for a while..... and thts all what i plan to take nothing more then that..... i know Roids is the way to go..... but i dont think i will be able to train so much harder... ok lets start from tomorrow ... i shall post some pics after a month :D thanks for all the advice and time :)

i am not as knowledgeable as gh15 but from my experience i tried creatine before and it helped me a lot to lift heavier and gave me a much better stamina.. but yes it made me somehow bloated!!.. it makes your muscles carry more water which is good but it also makes the whole body carry more water which is bad and will be totally against your goal..

should i be altering my exercises as well? should i be carrying light weights with more reps? or shall i do heavy with normal reps? more reps i mean like 15-20reps and by  normal 7-10....

right now i pick heavy (heavy for me atleast LOL)

dumbell press i can pick about 88lbs per side for 7-9 reps
and rod press is about  220 lbs for 7 reps...
and  back shoulder dumbless press is about  66 lbs per side for 10 reps....

should i continue to pick these weights or shall i bring them down for my new goal :D

look at the dates on the pics, so close together bodyfat and mass is higher in the first pic but plenty stronger

im eating a shitload of peanutbutter and milk

its the only combination for milk otherwise u get extreme gas from milk alone u have to combine it

Lactose in milk makes you hold water and get bloated aswell.

i has to not forget to do full body , if i dont i lose my mass gaining momentum per bodypart, at that point of forgetting, is when i put on more bodyfat to muscle swolness

thanks for your time. i think i hold alot of water since there isnt alot of visible veins on me......... ok so i need to cut down about 15lbs? tht will bring me down to about 70kg.... humm . i dont really need to compete . just abs to show without loosing alot of my size.....
