I just got one thing to say :

No matter how much steroids you take or for how long, if you've got average genetics you'll never ever be close to the size of a pro.

There are guys out there who take anything in the range of 2-4 grams of test a week for years and years straight and they are NOWHERE near the size of even a NPC competitor. Some have it some don't. Of course without drugs nobody would look like a real bodybuilder - that whole look is just not natural by definition.

28.  Being a "hyper responder" would entail having good gentics for bodybuilding.  Arnold also had great genetics for size.  Pumpster, it's pretty clear that you are a very insecure and angry individual.  You live in a dump....you spent most of your time fighting with other men about Ronnie Coleman and his superior glutes, and to top it off,  you are highly inflammatory and annoying.  I pity you  :-[

How much bigger?  Try adding a pound of raw meat a day to your diet and see for yourself.  Lots of bodybuilders have claimed to have eaten pounds of meat, not necessarily raw, a day.  It's not a big deal.  But if you believe you can get big off chicken and rice so be it.  I never said raw meat is the holy grail of building muscle dipshit.  It has more to do with health than anything but raw foods in general promote a healthier overall rate of growth yes.  Plus convenience is HUGE!  I can down half a dozen eggs in a few minutes.

it was said that back in the day arnold took more drugs than anybody. guys were afraid to take the amounts he was injesting. it's funny because when he was off the drugs only his calves remained lending credence to the calf implant rumour- truth?

I'm just ticked tht someone else on this site is getting all the credit for being the raw guy when, clearly, I was first.  Arnold wasn't all drugs, but he was a lot of them.  You can tell he has genetics on his side as well.  Every 'skinny' pic is still much better developed and bigger than the average skinny out there.

Everyone has their own opinion but here is the truth.....

you could give 100 hundred guys the same drugs that Arnold took and they would never look like him because most guys want to look good at the night club or at the beach.....Arnold wanted to be Mr. Olympia.

He would intentionally take 6 months off from drugs, training and dieting....that is why he looked smaller in the offseason. He also wanted to stay lighter for movie roles. He also liked to give his joints a break and he also wanted to work on other interests. Steve Reeves did this as did Rick Wayne.

You children are funny on here and obviously don't bodybuild! EVERY pro bodybuilder from the 1960's onwards floats in and out of great shape AND size for many many reasons, but to say Arnold was all drugs and trained like a pussy is hilarious. If that was the case then he he would not have been that much bigger or better than his contemporaries. Todays bodybuilders train far less (and less hard) and are far more drugs monsters than the old time guys - Fact
