Just bought a Power rack, barbell, bench and weight plates. I already have olympic size dumbell handels which can hold up to 150lbs each.
The only bodypart that i will have to use less exercises for is legs, i will do 4 sets of wide squats, 4 sets of narrow squats and 4 sets of lunges.
Goodbye shitty gym that charges £32 per month!
Now i can post on getbig inbetween my sets while i'm resting.
