i'm a big dugdale fan (even though he may not be a fan of some of my "life choices

") but i have to say that that third pic is pretty dis-heartening (off season or not)

Dont worry. Its just a bad picture. Regardless of natural or juiced,you will get stomach like this when you grow that much muscle.

Dugdale is supposed to be one of the more "pleasing" physiques in this era of GH, Insulin, androgen and IGf1 mutated bodies but when you compare him against someone like Paris, you realize that we won't see bodies like this much anymore.

MARK has a great build,but playing size game a bit ,202 would have been ideal,buzzed his hair short now,his whole look was based on good shape and enough size and its slipped a bit.
