Makkawy came over to train at Vince Gironda'a gym for awhile. Also was given some advice about posing from Gironda (can see the strong influence of this in the video). And the trademark broad shoulders, tapered lat's, and good abs & calves of guy's who trained at Vince's. Exception might be Larry Scott or Don Holworth (who in my view, that's all, had more impressive delt width and development than most men than and now...including Scott) ,who's ab's never quite seemed brought out as much. Sort of like Sergo's.
