Did MIke O'Hearn really win 4 powerlifting championships?

In an add for Vyotech there is a photo with Mike O'Hearn that claims he's a four time powerlifting champ and 3 time California Judo Champ.  The guy looks like a twink but he's also capable of lifting heavy and kicking most of our asses.

I know Mike Ohearn Won the Mr Natural Universe title once.He claimed he won it twice ,but technically he only one it once.He only won his class at the Mr Natural Universe, and the second time he did in fact win the overal title.I seen Mike Ohearn train he is pretty strong but not amazingly strong.I know he did powerlift, and competed, did he win???
As far as Judo goes, I have not seen one person say they seen him even practice martial arts.
He is a pretty well known guy, so if he did practice martial arts, somebody would have said something by know.
Mike Ohearn is a nice guy, with a good sense of humor.But he tends to exagerate things a little bit.
Like the time he was trying to get the part as Superman.He had black hair for over 3 months, because he wanted everbody to know he was trying to get the part as Superman.

Ohearn throws around serious serious weight.
I know he does judo, he's been advertised as a national
champion.  What year?  Long ago I'm sure.
But he is stronger than most pro bodybuilders I've
seen train.

He might have won some very small shows, the totals I've seen for him were mid 1700lbs in the 275er class. Good but not great by any means in powerlifting terms.

Mike is a true champion and well-rounded athlete with a background in natural bodybuilding, strongman, power lifting, and mixed martial arts. Before winning his 4 Mr. (Natural) Universe titles, Mike was Mr. California, Mr. USA, Mr. American and Mr. International.   He is also a 4-time Power Lifting Champion, and 2-time Iron Warrior:  Decathlon of Strength Strongman Champion.

Alright after some digging: The last mentioned contest I can find was a 1993 California ADFPA show he won in the #242 class with a #650 Squat, #705 Deadlift, and a #452 Bench.

The powerlifting looks to be verified and the bodybuilding.  However, I question the judo champ part.  Maybe he trains judo, but that is very different than being a national judoka champion.
