For the guy that asked I don't diet I eat normal food mainly Jamaican. There is a chicken shop not too far from where I ask if I gave u a pic and sent you in there he would laugh and tell u my daily order no 13 which wings meal with a 7up eat that near enough every day for lunch. I've been tfyin to eat more  so breakfast chicken and fries for lunch big meal after gym and if I stay up late a small meal before I go to bed

i dont understand all the hate or people assuming u have to be on drugs if u reach a certain level. sounds
