... Ive always had abs.. I dont train then as regular as my other bodyparts.. ive gone months and not train them

"jamaican food" i guess has asound to it like its junk food

but every nationality...whether its jamaican or asian or latin or african or american or hawaiia.... most all of them have the same kind of meals... some kind of meat with some kind of starch thats flavored in fat... the seaosnings and meats and starches are whats differne.t... but macronutrient wise everyculture pretty much has the ability to adapt to a bb'ing type diet..

My point is that you eat fries, fried food, massive calories, don't diet and still have abs...that is genetics.

yeah man i eat fris heck back when i was studying i used to live on mcdonalds... as i used to work there
