a 6'1 jamaican with great structure will maxed out at 195-200lb 6% now read the height im giving you here it is 7 lb per inch! that means the natural limit for mr liar here was 180-185 lb at 6% which is GREAT for any 5'10 naturally

i know it hurts i know it makes the person sad and insecure but fella lifters need to know that this is the truth and the more of it you have the better youll become,,the mentality of the beggining of this century 2000-2004 can not continue for it brogught the comminity of bodybuilding into failure,, this is prime example of one of many situations that when you add them up it gives bodybuilding a BAD BAD NAME
