i htink you look good mesmorph, and i dont know you, and you dont have the signs of a juicer, so i dont question your natural status. 

the arms size is hard to swallow for me though.  not saying it isnt true, its just hard to believe. 

for example, Jeff Rodriguez (Jrod) is a natural bber and probably one of the best I've ever seen.  Even in off season shape he looks more ripped than most people do for a competition.  His arms look huge, yet I think his arms are only about 18" offseason.

you have to remember ive trained for 7... 8 years HARD and HEAVY
some people dont have that dedication so the start taking  drugs even before the try to see what they can achieve  naturally
i have decent genes... but where im gifted is my passion for training

If he just eats a slight amount above his daily caloric baseline over 7 years, while starting out with abs, and then gaining weight very slowly, then it might be "freaky", but it has also be done by many.

in the top 3 for static (just jumping straight up) jump in england
and thats with no training nothing...

i have a fast metabolism..i was a skinny kid  
plus i work out VERY hard....
abs are core muscles they get worked.. indirectly in a lot of excersises
i have gone 6 months and not done one ab excersise abs still there

Probably yes.

But as long as someone eats just above their baseline, they can add good mass regardless if the actual food = shit. Especially if they are young, with good genetics (good, not necessary great). Meso started pretty young and has very good genetics.

Why do Debussey say this? Because he has slowly added weight every year, thus, he has probably eaten just above baseline for years.

The actual foods you eat = not that important. Calories = much more important. Controlled calories with crap food = ok.

There = no denying that. He and his brother = very very superior genetics. That high jump stuff = mind blowing.

Debussey was just making a point: You can gain muscle while keeping your abs by eating crap food if you eat JUST above baseline and gain very slowly, given that you have good genetics. The types of food = not very important.

my knees kill  my legs arent as big as id like them but they aint small either.. and their cut
