i woke up and weighed in at 16st 10lbs and my pec seems to be healed. Just repping 125kg paused reps but very easy...still dont wanna push it.
starting new routine on monday. This one aint too good as triceps getting hit far too much so ill go back to a chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/traps and legs.
wanna enjoy my trianing again. A huge mofo is trianing in my gym now. Relegated to 2nd biggest lol...good incentive as he is a good guy. Won his height class in NABBA shows so im gonna try harder in gym from now on.
all in all training seems to be back on track lol next few weeks will tell for sure.
