I struggle to believe that anyone with a few yrs lifting experience would think 5'11" 200lbs @ 10% bf, would be the norm insofar as genetic limitation.
To me, that isn't even big...i honestly know a lot of fit/athletic guys with better stats than that who dnt even lift.
I don't know who you are, but I'm curious what kind of gyms you've been training in, because your views on genetics (paricularly on Jamaicans) is so far away from the actual truth, I genuinely thought that you had special needs.
lets see ,,i train with and trained jamaican sprinters and lifters,,i train in many gyms it has nothign to do with the subject at hand,,,even 200 at 10% most fellas can only get after using hormones ,,doesnt mean big ass cycles ,,just a kick start into new size,,you are talking 5'10 5'11 height,,if you truly knew what 9-10% body fat at 5'10 look like,,youd know that naturally at 200lb it is very hard to achieve PERIOD,,very very few will be able to be 5'10 true 10% with out doping in hormones ,,there will be some who wil lbe able to do it and be 9-10% 200lb at 5'10 naturally but they will not be jamaican ,,more of eastern europian nature,,czeck republic and some americans etc
dont argue with me ,,big diff between 190 8-10% and 200+ 8-10% ,, those 10 pounds are almost immposible to gain naturally
