Bob, Why Is Yamagishi's Physique "Stumpy"?

On PBW tonight, Bob said he would describe Hidetada's physique as STUMPY.  Bob, can you explain what makes him stumpy (serious question).

I have also thought of his physique as stumpy. The conclusion I came to was because his arms are longer than his legs.

If you don't understand what "stumpy" means or how it applies to Hides physique you probably have velcro shoes.
