For any of those following his case (pumpnpose) or interested this was copied n pasted at his request....from WCBB
-------------------------

Hello and as of May 5th goodbye

On may 5th at 2pm I have to turn myself into the board of prisons in P'cola Fl. If Im lucky, I will get into the RDAP program and be in a half way house in 11months. Jennifer and the dogs will be in beautiful Miami running pumpnpose.com and yourvipstore.com while Im doing my time. I hope you guys/girls check it out. During the last year, I got to befriend Tommy Chong. He, myself and other are trying to make a little noise and expose the Federal system for what it really is....the MOB. Rather then detail what they put me through, Im going to cut and paste a letter to a jackass at the Atlanta journal and my last letter to the lawyer that helped me at my sentence hearing. If members here happen to be members elswhere, please cut and past. I really dont have time to go to any other forums. For the record, the feds WERE NOT investigating research companies. This mess started over an altercation with a niebor which didnt go well for him. Since we never hid our sites, we were easy to find. He saw muscles and needlles and like most of mainstream thinks....you know. Tells the Fed Im selling juice and they mistake hcg for gh and boom swat is pointing an assault weapon or two at me. I managed money very well, timed realestate perfectly, and they saw dollar sighns and headline. I was in the news 9 straight days in Atlanta. All the distortion was so a pathetic lead agent and total skank prosecutor can get their careers moving.....25-30k aday? lol I wish Anyways Ill post my emails. Anyone has a question, dont hold back. They cant do anymore to me. Stay safe, Chris

Letter to the ajc
Mr Nurse,
I wish you and people like you would exercise an ounce of journalistic integrity and actually research a story before writing about it. I'm sure the discovery in my case is open to the public. Had you made an effort to obtain it and actually examine it, then your article would read much differently. In addition, had you actually gone to either PumpNPose.Com or www.researchchemist.com you could have written an accurate article. Again, this would require old school reading and research. Since your either not concerned with facts or unable to uncover them on your own, I will list the more significant inaccuracies you reported.
1.) There were NO ILLEGAL STEROIDS found during the raid on my house.
2.) There were NO STEROIDS sold or listed for sale on either of my sites EVER.
3.) There was NO HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE found during the raid on my home.
4.) There was NO HGH sold or listed for sale on either of my sites EVER.
5.) On a good day net income was $500-700 per day and we posted a loss in (07) making the 25000-30000 daily gross a fantasy number we still don't know the origin of. Had you pulled the PUBLIC tax records and read them you would know this.
6.) The products the FDA took issue with were raw chemicals which happen to be none-controlled active ingredients in some prescription drugs sold for research purposes only. The intent to use these chemicals for treating, curing or preventing disease qualify them as drugs. Despite the disclaimer and all chemicals being labeled and sold for research purposes only, The FDA charged me with 21 U.S.C. sec 331. which is a felony if sold with the intent to defraud or mislead the customer. It is also a felony if the seller has a prior conviction of the same crime. Without a prior conviction of 21U.S.C. 331 or the intention to defraud or mislead, a misdemeanor crime punishable by 1,000 max fine and 1 year incarceration has been committed. Nothing on my site was fraudulent or misleading. In addition, I have no prior conviction of 21 U.S.C. sec 331.
7.) The FDA charged me with a single drug paraphernalia conspiracy count for selling a "Fina Kit" which are widely sold on the net. The purpose of these kits is to liquefy cattle implants called Finaplix which contain a powerful anabolic steroid. According to the DEA.gov page, materials used to introduce into the body a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE qualify as drug paraphernalia. Here in lies the real story, Finaplix is NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. In fact, there are at least 3 agricultural companies in this state alone that ANYONE at ANY AGE can purchase the implants from. The over the counter status of these implants should have cleared me of the paraphernalia charge.
8.) If it were determined that I knew the intent of customers was to use the raw chemicals I sold to treat themselves, then the lack of anything misleading, fraudulent or a prior conviction means I'm guilty of a misdemeanor crime.
9.) The government plea offer was a single conspiracy count and a significant forfeiture in exchange for ALL 7 COUNTS DROPPED against Jennifer. She will have NO CRIMINAL HISTORY and has only to complete one year of pre-trial diversion.
In summation, I had the option of guaranteed pre-trial diversion for Jennifer or exposing her to a Federal grand jury that could possibly perceive the law differently then its written. The public perception of steroids is profoundly negative and this case caught major media attention due to unfounded allegations of steroid and HGH sales. I agreed to forfeitures that pre-date the above listed products by as much as three years. At one point, the government sought seizure of a car that I purchase in 1988 and still own. In fact, the bulk of our estate pre-dates any of the "questionable" sales the government charged us with. In short, the government wanted assets even proven to be from undisputed sales. In addition, funds generated by my hours as an RN in the Fort Walton Beach ER, Jennifer's work as a PT, and her work in a club were forfeited. As hard as you might find it to believe, it was relatively easy to allow the government to take our assets to protect my family.
If you're really interested in a story about steroids, then I challenge you to Google Finaplix and become informed. Ask yourself why the FDA doesn't confront the department of agriculture about the over the counter status of this substance. The FDA knows all to well about the wide spread sale of these implants. After all, they charged me for selling filters, jars, and syringes and still allow agricultural companies to sell the drug openly. Based on threads I read, Finaplix is the most commonly used steroid by men and young boys in this country. There are 230,000 sites legally selling the exact same "paraphernalia" items I sold on my site. Other then extorting our assets by exploiting my integrity and devotion to my family, what did the FDA accomplish? The fact remains that anyone at any age can legally purchase Finaplix because the FDA openly allows it. I suggest you set your sights on the FDA, the department of agriculture, and all the veterinarian companies selling these implants rather then companies like mine selling lab equipment.
The research you didn't do will be forwarded in a separate email.

Btw, that will never happen because the beef industry has endless $$$

Final letter to my lawyer
Sandy,
You and maybe every other defense attorney may think I'm crazy but the cattle implants my kits were designed to be used with are over the counter. The DEA definition of paraphenalia specifically says a "controlled substance", the FDA.gov page still has implants scheduled as OTC. As far as the research chems go, every customer interviewed by an agent used them and openly admitted to using them to combat the side effects of steroids, hence its pretty safe to say none of them were mislead or defrauded and since I dont have a prior conviction, according to USC 21 section 331 I committed a misdemeanor.
All that aside, the first recorded transaction for anything illegal was 05/03. My properties in Florida were purchased in 01 and 02 and Cameron knows exactly how those funds were derived. You know I had to sit quitely at sentencing and listen to this bullshit about how I had one shelf 3x4 in my basement with a couple of bottles of nothing on it. I emailed you asking about discovery because I know pictures were taken, and one of many shelves that I had measured about 8 ft long 4 ft tall with hundreds of bottles of products on it. We had a huge house that they couldnt stop talking about, yet Jennifer and I plus occassionally my brother were the only ones living there. Every one of the spare bedroom closets were filled floor to ceiling with athletic apparel. When you read a PSR that says I didnt have an apparel outlet. What do you call the site that now pays all my expenses? I had to listen to the prosecutor listen to how two of my properties were in forclosure. I can assure you the house I'm sitting in right now is not in forclosure and its just another god damn lie. I stopped paying the mortgage in Roswell when I changed my plea to guilty and effectively signed over that house to the government. The fact of the matter is that judge in that courtroom said this is a business that needed to be shut down. Pumpnpose.com was shut down for 3 days during this god damn thing. It will never be shut down. I think I heard the judge make a comment about my lifestyle three times. My lifestyle would be exactly as it was if it were not for house arrest. Slowly but surely, our customers are coming back to us, and our bottom line is growing. This is not a surprise to me.
During sentencing the issue of paypal records came up and the PSR Blevins stated "agents were unable to determine what funds were derived from paraphenalia and misbranded drugs". At sentencing, they admitted that they could have audited paypal records but they declined to do so because it would be timely, costly, etc. The real reason is it would have benefited me greatly and they know it, which is exactly why they didnt do it. If my net income over 10 years was 2M and 300K came from tainted sales, that plea bargain would be a hard sell. Donnie Dixon, after acquiring Jennifer's pretrial diversion, got up and walked away from the table. I dont blame him. He got a 50K payday for doing the least amount of work possible. That's exactly the kind of shit that gives lawyers a bad name. To make a long story short, I knew the day I put in a plea I was going to jail. It was only a question of how long. And since I never defrauded anybody, and since I never sold anything to be used with a controlled substance, I figured atleast one out of 12 would have asked the question "why is the government fucking with me and not even knocking on the door of these huge agricultural companies selling these implants?" Having said that, I'm fairly sure the prosecution thought the same thing at some point. They roll out a deal: keep your custom chopper, keep your custom boat, keep your sportscars, keep your beautiful house in miami, keep Jennifer without any kind of criminal record, and keep your business open. Hell yes, I'm going to plead guilty. I'm going to stand in front of a judge and lie to his ass too. The thing is, this is all water under the dam at this point, and in the RDAP program I'm looking at doing less than 12 months not at a prison, but at a camp in Pensacola. I've seen the prosecutor lie in open court, I've seen the lead agent lie in open court, and I've seen the agent writing the presentence report lie in open court. The bottom line is they are all crooked, and they are all scum. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions aleardy know about my sentence because of the way bodybuilding and blogging work online. If I dont end up going to jail, it wont be anonymous. It actually does my business better if I go to jail and put the word out I told the government to go fuck off. Since I'm not looking at 27 months, the temptation to try to help myself by burning others has been greatly deminished. Having said that, the kind of sources and the kind of information I could give up would grab major headlines because of the national hysteria over steroids. I have been in this game for 13 years. I dont want to help Cameron's carreer in any way, shape or form. If you google my name, you'll read all about me. If you google hers, her greatest claim to fame is me. Why would I want to throw her a bigger bone than myself? My days in Statesboro GA are over. Hers never will be. Unless people like me help her out. Id' rather sit 11 months in jail and keep the secrets I have about pro athletes that they so want to know about. If that keeps an unremarkable prosecutor in the middle of her fledgeling carreer in an unremarkable town. I'm not going to give up athletes that will dominate the headlines on ESPN especially at the beginning of baseball season so that skank can get some face time on TV. By doing so, I would lose the respect of my peers, and the respect I have for myself. Maybe if I was looking at years, but I'm not. So unless she starts blowing up your phone promising probation, you can tell her and agent Dunham to kiss my ass. Not on the left side, and not on the right side, but right in the middle. I apologize for the explatives and the crassness, but they dont make a tape measure long enough to measure my bitterness and disgust. Wish me well in the can. I know you did an incomparable job going into an impossible situation.
I know your work impressed Mike Dimaggio, whome I'm deeply imdebted to. Rick Collins and all of my family there witnessed your argument. I'll always wonder what would have happened if I was able to retain you sooner. It was nice to see the prosecutor get short of breath, stumble over her words, and occassionally studder. I have absolutely no doubt qualified, competent, precision councel like yourself was what they feared when they froze my assets. I wish you the best of luck in the future though I know you dont need it. If I have any further questions, I will forward them. Take care. Your most muscled up of clients, Chris Navoy

Be strong Chris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is all bullshit and with this case and whats going on in Oklahoma the authorities are bypassing LEGAL procedure for convictions
