Certain very smart people spends time finding out what they really want to do in life (which in 99% of the cases means the area(s) where they are most talented), and then goes to school simply to become the absolutely best within this area. Studies have shown that people like this are much more likely to become millionaires than people that studies something they are not very passionate about.

Debussey has heard that the subjects found in business school are ridiculously easy, and can be passed without being in class at all, and only reading a day or two before the exam.

You could of course kill the daily hours of TV (if you waste time on that) and teach yourself something really interesting like advanced mathematics or physics. That way you'd have a hobby for life and something to keep that grey matter in shape 8)

Well Debussy has heard wrong.

Are you sure about that (given that the subject does not require obligatory exercises during the year)? ;D (Especially the administrative subjects which requires mostly memorization)

age doesn't matter, i have seen many 50 year olds in my university

Most business classes require alot of group work, doing alot of projects, alot of hand in assignments, essays, research papers, bla bla bla
the tests aren't that easy either, but man oh man the damn group work  >:(
it's really a pain in the ass...

It seems like the University system in Scandinavia and US/Canada = structured very differently ;D 8) ;D

And for fucks sake, come on! Economics/Business = not rocket science. If you have a reasonable memory and adequate powers of comprehension, those subjects = not hard.
