Hi, I am new here and for some reason I thought that this thread is the one I should start with. I am 38 years old, 5'5' and 186lbs, been lifting for 10 years.
These are my best lifts to date, I have videos of some if you guys want to call bullshit on me.
Deadlift 455x 5
Rack pull(@ bottom of patella) 550x4
Squat 455x2
I don't really do bench press but I recently put up the
135db's on a low incline for 6 reps.
thats about All I have, I hope that I am not the weakest person here and that I can learn and contribute something.
