Just a little hint when using the machines, pull up with ur feet or knees or w/e holds u down as u crunch. Guaranteed ul fatigue twice as fast. I dont think u have 2 worry about abs getting 2 big. Just work your TVA and hold that sucker in.

Tva = Trans verse abdomini Its the muscle you use 2 hold your stomach in. Try breathing way out then sucking your stomach way in and holding for 10 - 20 sec's. 3 or 4 sets trying 2 increase time and learning 2 breath can net an inch or 2 off your waist in a couple of weeks. Try it also while training abs. Ps. I know this is getbig but what the hell, theres a little bodybuilding advice anyway. p.ps Before anyone says bullshit on the 1-2 inchs in a couple weeks try it, you may be suprised.
