Allergies

Do you have allergies?  And if so does the illness or medication effect your bodybuilding in any way?  Last year was great but I can already tell this will be a bad year for allergies.  Red itchy watery eyes, and the runny nose

I seem to have developed some sort of pollen allergy the least two years or so, annoying as hell.

Do your upper eyelids ever swell and itch or is the redness in they eyeball itself?

I seem to have developed some sort of pollen allergy the least two years or so, annoying as hell.

Usually just the eyeball itself.  I have had the eyelids swell but that is usually just from rubbing and itching the eyes, and wiping away the watering.

this was the first week my allergies started acting up.  zyrtec works great for me but it makes me EXTREMELY drowsy

What are your symptoms?

Nothing brutal, runny nose and sore/watery eyes.
