Can Black bodybuilders get that "grainy" look?

Even the best bodybuilders in the world like Ronnie, Kai, Dexter have more of a smooth skin, unlike Jay, Nasser and Dorian with that grainy look. Is this due genetics?

LMAO yes his 2 inch thick skin really allows the muscle to be seen hahaa grainy look  ;D

The only other person I really heard called Grainy was Ken Waller , who was like Dorian in the respect he had fair skin

and Jay and Nasser?  ??? Nasser was hard as nails from the front but grainy no
