Constitutional Law Professor goes over the FACTS of torture.. What LAWS were broke, (laws and treaties WE WROTE).. Talks about how we punished people who water-boarded Americans (We put them to DEATH for torturing Americans) etc...

Why can`t you understand being against the concept of torture has nothing to do with sympathizing with an enemy.

Obama's supposedly a constitutional lawyer and he has his head completly up his ass. BTW, Mark Levine said on his show that if and when it ever came about he would be representing the people that the left would be trying to prosicute. And if that happends he will dig and uncover everything and investigate all of Obamas administration and turn the tables and legally bury the bunch! I personally would pay good money for that especially since Palosi has already been caught in lies. Obama lies daily so thats a givin!

No, but my friend did. Of course it wasn`t in a combat zone and it was an accident (therefore it does not mean anything to the point you were making), but I was still shot and thought I would point that out so you can clarify and say, "You have been shot, but never shot at in a combat zone".

He thought the gun was a toy, put it right to my leg and pulled the trigger. It was a snub nose 38. He did this after I picked it up, checked the barrel and told him it was a loaded gun.

He isn`t a liberal. He is like you in a lot of ways. In fact, I was laughing at him because the next day he went to a church and asked for a special prayer. I of course held nothing against him as I know he didn`t mean to do it. Plus, It was just a clear entry/exit wound and it did not hit any bone or anything so it was not serious at all. All the hospital did was give me a sonogram to make sure there were no fragments of bullet, a tetanus shot and two gauze bandaids. IT was hard to walk for 2 days or so, but on the 3 or 4th I was back in the gym like it never happened. All I have is a tiny scar, hardly noticeable and since it was a few years ago, nearly gone. I do consider myself VERY lucky, he could have held that thing to my head and done the same thing.

I now excuse myself from any room whenever someone handles a gun.

Your friends will generally have the same maturity level, philosophies and interests as yourself. A friend should be an ally or someone you can trust.
