Pin every day or every other day. (0.5cc or 1cc).
I pin in chest, biceps, glutes, delts. I tried quads but it hurted so bad for almost a week. And in legs they are a lot of nerve and blood vesel so I dont like it.
I'm gonna try calves and my gf should help me to do the back.
Again try to rotate as much as possible IMO.
