SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea said Saturday it has begun harvesting plutonium from spent fuel rods at its main nuclear plant to build up its atomic arsenal. The move, in defiance of tightening U.N. sanctions, threatened to further damage efforts to dismantle the communist nation's rogue program.

Boring. This crap has been going on for over a decade independent of the US president. N.Korea is a shithole and all they have are their nukes; if they didn't have them or the potentiall everyone would just ignore them and forget they existed.

Agreed. Isn't something like 80 of NK actually starving? If not for the nukes and mouthing off to the world, NK would be as irrelavent as most african nations.
