not the best pic. i have no delusions that my physique is good, i am an fat ugly bastard etc. but do i really look like ive never worked out? someone here told me so, be harsh as possible

well I am cutting now so hopefully i will look better soon. ive lost like 10lbs so far but i think a good amount of it was muscle since my stomach is just as fat, my forearms and chest and lats etc are noticeably smaller, but maybe that was just water.

Maybe you dont know the ABC of training.

Even In Pacos gym, only very few guys know the basic of training.
And they(hard gainers who dont know how to train) ask me How many sets or weight...etc while they cant complete even 1 rep correctly in speed, range,peak contraction...etc.

If it happens in Sandow gym, it can happen in Getbig too.

If you are a hard gainer, try to complete each reps perfectly more than nutrition or sets or anything. Thats the basic.
