Maybe you dont know the ABC of training.
Even In Pacos gym, only very few guys know the basic of training.
And they(hard gainers who dont know how to train) ask me How many sets or weight...etc while they cant complete even 1 rep correctly in speed, range,peak contraction...etc.
If it happens in Sandow gym, it can happen in Getbig too.
If you are a hard gainer, try to complete each reps perfectly more than nutrition or sets or anything. Thats the basic.
