Judging from this picture you do look like you've never worked out in your life.

You look like most construction workers - pretty thick but waaaay too much bodyfat to actually have some visible muscle.

To everyone here who gave me advice, thanks i appreciate it. To those who said I am fat, or that you dont need to get fat to bulk...I know, I enjoyed life too much this winter and ate whatever the hell I wanted, and now I am dieting, ive been dieting for 2 weeks now. But if you ever saw me you would not think I am fat, I have no gut at all and can pull a vaccume no problem. i have babyfat and some love handles but im not obese...i think you guys will be suprised when i get back to a reasonable bodyfat level and put back on some muscle what i will look like.

You definately need work, mainly cardio and up you're poundage's lifted
and you'll be all good.

At least 30-1hr cardio 4-5 days a week.
Pushups get rid of the chest flab. 3 sets till failure
everyday! trust me, you will harden up.

thanks for the advice dude, i really dont have any chest flab though aside from somewhat puffy nips(which suck)...im not a newb to bbing.ive trained for 3 or 4 years,and ive never been this overweight, but i just started training 6 months ago after over a year lay off. i used to bench 315x6-8, now i bench 225-235x10, most lifts are down from what i used to do..i thought they would just come back but i guess not. i used to focus on gaining strength, i thought muscle memory would take care of it for me this time around but i guess not. I am going to start the 'keto' diet someone PMed me and see how it works out

You look thick, clearly a strong looking guy i would not want to fuck with. That said most skinny-fat people in the general population probably look atleast as good as you at the pool. The good news is that you do have muscle and when you lean out you'll be looking good.
