Weighted Dips
« on: April 27, 2009, 06:10:23 AM »

Is there a kind of "odd lift" record for weighted dips?

I recall an inspiring photo of the great Pat Casey performing them...maybe it's because of this that I always loved them.

Try E-mailing the USAWA too, at www.usawa.com. The two biggest dip feats I can think of are: Marvin Eder #434 @ #198. It was done with two men hanging from his waist and is a very gay looking photo, lol.

Next is Pat Casey for total weight, #340 bodyweight plus #380 additional pounds.
