I cycle about twice a year about ten weeks each time, with 500 mg of both test and EQ a week. I use Nolva for PCt at 60mg per day for the first week, 40 per day the second week, then 20 nolva a day for two weeks.

I seem to Retain most of my strength in bicep exercises Shrugs, and pulling exercises for back.

I notice my lifts that decreas the most are leg presses, shoulder presses, chest presses

What lifts change the most or least when you come of cycle?

thank you for your time.

If you have to ask, you'll never know.

Mike Morris told me once that when he came off everything he noticed his upper body pressing strength fell off dramatically but that his leg strength on squats and leg presses stayed pretty good. I've only done a few cycles but I've noticed the same thing...

Mostly barbell, not dumbell stuff.  Also Hammer strength machines.
Bench,
Squats,
standing straight bar curls/super with dumbell
skull crushers
leg extentions'
military press/ also with hammer strength/ super with upright rows

I cut down the sets a little to prevent over training.
Most are all show no go!

Do you retain your strength in these lifts or loose most of it when off cycle?

Deadlifts seemed to suffer the least from coming off.

Shoulders seem to suffer the most for me.

I still eat like a horse when I come but at least some strength loss is inevitable no matter what you do.

some but it shouldn't be a big deal, it never is for me, as long as you expect some you will not perpetuate anymore than what will happen normally
