Most guys would say that the steroids didn't do anything for them

Like Croatch...........the steroids he took actually made him smaller so had to work twice as hard for what he has :D  he's the most natural natural there is

I benched 130 kgs , squatted 170, deadlifted 170 maybe ...when I was 17, 6' and about 72-75 kgs

I trained for bb then so I never attempted big lifts

I never found out how strong I could get naturally so itțs hard to guestimate

I also do not believe in natural lifting

I think the nachural tendency is to so whatever it takes to lift more or gain more mass, etc

you're 19 ... u havențt been lifting for long

u think the sky is the limit and you will keep progressing

My guess is that u been lifting seriously for 3 years or less

you will plateau soon both strength wise and size wise

you will wake up and realize that those fucking juicers on getbig were actually right
