Seriously though i was expecting that it would come with some sort of arm band to attach to your arm, but instead it just comes with a clip. I don't think i'll be able to hear the beep unless i turn my music way down and it doesn't seem to vibrate that strong that i'd notice it. Any suggestions from people who use it?

How much we talking per pill. I can get ephedrine at the gas station for 1$ a pill, but the dose is only half as strong as the shit i used to get that they won't ship to nc. I guess I might have to bite the bullet and get that or vasopro or something else not quite as strong since i live in NC. any suggestions on the gymboss though?

i bought 60 pills for $12 in texas.... 25mg of ephedrine... havent lost much weight as i have increased my protein and health carbs intake but i seem more vascular and have began to see my abs again... i been taking 25mg in the morning and 12.5mg pre-workout.... 

got it at walgreens.. they also sell it at walmart....

Was it bronkaid? The gymboss is that timer thing that johnnynoname loves for tabata cardio. Yeah wavelength i've been cutting calories but want to up my cardio as well. Right now i only run like 2 times a week and it has all been 5k stuff, want to add some tabata.

i wouldnt recommend doing tabata or high intensity cardio for that matter with ECA though 

if feel kind jittery and feel my pulse in my head sometimes after a heavy set at the gym so i think im going to use only ECA for when i do low intensity cardio and ECA during the day.. I workout in the evening so ill just skip that dose from now on...

Not to mention nothing has cured my allergies and congestion like bronkaid... which is the main reason i use it.. its nice to be cut.. buts its nicer to be able to breath clearly

I mean it is only 3.1 miles. I used to run cross country in high school so it isn't that hard for me to run that. I want to up my running to 4 times a week.
