jam and bread. tea will be nice also in a few minutes when i finish the bread.

also wtf about stopping weights! Eat a lot and do weights. Some bodyparts work better to heavy or moderate or light weioghts. experiment, find out what works and keep doing it

Find a good local bakery and buy a decent loaf of bread to slice yourself

I fear I have maybe, maybe 1/50 of your genetics if that. You would be an inspiration if we could do genetic modification.

ursus, as for bread, why do you buy these cheap supermarket toast slices?

I think real bread from your local bakery store would be much better..  ???

real bread is too dear, well its tasty etc but you end up eating it all in one go.

this loaf was like 60p. and real bread doesnt sty fresh for more than 1 day

who is cheftime? a baker?

I am really trying to get huge./ Serious.i have nearly finished this meal. its big but filling. This would be a great meal for me after work i think. my sisters will prepare it for me fromnow on if i AXA them nicely
