I happen to think his acting is his strongest suit. Don't know enough about his songwriting to provide any sort of credible opinion, but his acting is top calibre as far as I'm concerned. His performance in 'Ray' was out of this world!

Not a regular listener, but I heard his show mentioning Miley Cyrus, ...and I was saddened to hear it's content. I'm glad he chose to apologize. I posted about it on the E-board when this controvery originally occured and the subject was posted there.

if you get a chance to listen to his show, he admits that his films suck and nobody wants to watch them (Before Ray and Since Ray) his latest effort with Soloist tanked..he has gone so far as to stopping promoting the movie.

For his Second album, that was out a few yrs ago, his songs were written by a Washington, DC R and B artist Tank.
