This is unreal.  The MSM is totally lying to everyone.  The fact that 20,000 FEWER people lost their jobs than last month is still terrible.

i know a few ppl on unemployment.  I dispise them.

it's one thing if you're a single mom who needs a few weeks of help when your restaurant closes where you waitress.

it's another thing when your job at the mall ends and you spend the next 6 months smoking pot at home all day, only to start looking for a job when your govt checks stop coming.

Hahahahah... a looooottttttttttt of people do that. There's a bunch of people who work just enough to be eligible for UE, then take the max payouts, then immediatly go on disability too.

Its interesting how people can separate their love of Obama from many of the decisions made by the administration and the current state of the economy.  At some point, you'd hope people start looking at the details, whether or not they like Obama as a person.
I suppose it shows just how important perception is in America.  Just look at that conference last night...Obama answered 13 questions in an hour and many of the questions were soft.  its like no one in the mainstream media wants to challenge the president.

Great point....its all about personal accountability. Obama has passed the buck on everything that he's done or America's done...he makes his cute comments about being 3 years old or that's above my pay grade etc etc...sorry barry ur in charge..its ur problem. Barry's team decides who gets to ask questions ans what questions are being asked. Further, the media team gets together with the MSM, weekly and shapes the news. This isn't ct BS, these people have dinners together. The admin and the MSM operate like we do in the military If Sec Gates makes a comment on policy, then I can parrot that policy. The MSM uses the same talking points, spit out by the media folks at the White House.

I think I'm not going to watch his conferences anymore...Obama's people pick the reporters who ask questions and its a set up for Obama to hit his talking points.  Its not real journalism.

yall missed the point.  It's the highest it's been since 2004.  So while it is still less than 50%, it's higher than it's been in 5 years.

People are optimistic.  That is the point.  You can complain it's less than 50, but in a nation of pessimists, 43% is better than it was for the last 4 years of Bush reign.
