Bleach on fingertips to pass steroid piss tests?????

I heard a rant this morning on the radio about how 1 in 5 high schoolers are on steroids blah, blah, but then the guy was talking about how savvy these kids are by dipping their fingers in bleach before they do their piss test and make sure to piss on their finger tips to have the bleach end up in the cup and this will throw off the readings of the steroid tests.

Is this true or is it another media old wives tale?

Yes, but the figure is wrong, it's 1 in 2 HS-kids that are on roids, and they piss on their cocaine fingers, because testing positive for cocaine is better than roids.
