One thing I noticed when he stayed here was the amount of food the man eats..he always had a shake or plate of food in his hand. It was unreal...eats a ton a veggies too (broccoli) lots of yams and beef chicken etc.The company that sponsers me was hosting him so we hung out and trained quite a bit. Leg training was was crazy I battled to keep up!
we did 8 x 40 rep sets on the leg press...he got 70 reps with 7 plates on each side and 50reps for 8plates each side on an almost verticle legpress...The last few he was screaming in pain! A pro who definiley trains hard!
