funny shit .... my best bodypart, my delts I train them the lightest
I learned from Ron love that delts are small and weak and they should be trained with light moderate weigths
also to make them look rounder, we did side then rear and very little front at the end
front delt is one of the most abused muscle in the body
it get's a full workout on pressing movements, then when you do dips
so it doesn't make sense to me when I see even pros doing preses w/ a ton of weight
never understood that
I tried pressing heavy as well as burn the front delt
I found the same results w/ both and pressing heavy abouve the head = asking for trouble
