yea, 50g of whey protein + 50g Dextorse mixed together in 350ml water is the best post workout nutrition possible, don't be suprised though if you feel like shit 10 minutes later as your blood sugar level crashes
. Best to take the drink then eat a small meal also 20 minute later.
btw if you don't dilute it with enough water though it will make you run to the toilet any less than 350ml = get ready to piss.
