Wiggs, you ttrain at Gold at Stephie and the 215? .I sometimes traine there, but I usually go the the Golds on Eastern and Serene.Thios gyms are only about 4 miles apart .We arent talking city miles we are talking highway miles, so there about 5-7 minutes apart if your driving.I dont know why they put those gyms so close together.What they should have dont is made 1 big gym with more equiptment, and better equiptment, rather then 2 mid size gyms.
I usally train at night, im getting back into my grove.I training 4-5 times a week now, which is better then 32-3 a week like I been averaging the last year or two.I just bought some quads, and a street bike, so I want to be ready for summer.
Wiggs maybe we could get together and have" chainsaw "come around and show us how to get into trouble "vegas " style.
Chainsaw is a cool dude, but he knows how to find trouble,.His stories are both sad and funny at the same time/
.I would like also to see Chainsaws mulitple injuries and the stoires behind them.I bet chainsaw could right a book on injuries, how to get them and how to avoid them......take care

When I was talking to Disco (His name is Glenn) all I could see was him doing that damn dance

Wiggs, I am going to train arms tonight around 9pm.I usually train Monday or Friday, around 8 pm,I really try to avoid crowds.Plus I was own a sports nutrition company and I was a national level super heavyweight.So alot of people try to stop me interupt me in the gym while im training.I am not famous or anything but I have alot of knowledge.Once you answer a question really well, they have 20 more that follows.I dont mind helping people,but I dont like to be interupted while im training.People know I have a backround in chemsitry aswell, so I get alot of questions about anaboilcs or asking if I can make things for them.So I stay really really low key.
