Who will Obama add to the Supreme Court?

I'm guessing a moderate-to-left Hispanic woman.

Will help him in 2012, no doubt.

I'm guess someone as far left as can be, who is young, and will be on the court for the next 40 years.

Curious - why do you think it would be someone more moderate?

It wont be.  He will get a far left radical and then appoint a moderate the second go round when Ginsburg retires.

he can push thru anyone he wants.  franken will be in by then.  He'll have 60 and can put in anyone.

I think obama is still going to try to win repub support, even tho he doesn't need it.  It'll be more left than center, but it won't be far-left.

methinks he wants to keep on winning in the congress in 2012, and a sensible moderate hispanic woman gives that.

personally, I would choose the most qualified person.  In a field where the vast majority of judges are probably white males, it'd probably be a white male who got the job.  I'd be color blind when looking at resumes.

however, any politician is going to put another woman on the list, and as there are no hispanics and that groups is growing, i see that happening.
