There reason why I weighed so much is I had very large heavy bones, that add atleasr 20-30 lbs to my frame.
So to grow naturally you need to at 2 grams of Protein per body pound per day.Only train 1 muscle a day, and only train 1 muscle a week.The only muscles I train together, bicep, triceps, back, and calves, and arms and calves.
