No he appears a very nice guy and a great addition to this board
See,some of the guys here see bodybuilding as whoever is top 10 in the Olympia,but we as former competitors see it from the realistic view,not everyone is Ronnie Coleman and we all must begin somewhere,I think this guy has potential,and truely believe his biceps and lats are impressive

I agree with some of you.  Good for this alnassak guy.  He loves bodybuilding, is natural and his physique shows it.  He's not trying to be something he isn't or lie about it.  His physique may not be impressive in the eyes of guys nowadays when everyone is on roids.....but he's got my respect.
