Taking Nolva to increase HDL?
« on: May 02, 2009, 11:17:43 AM »
Wondering if it would be a good idea to take this a few weeks to months out of the year, just mainly for the health benefits of increasing HDL.

any thoughts?  Anyone know how much it increases HDL?

Just take a "Total Omega" product 3x per day and use no flush niacin.

There are several refridgerated brands.  Personally, I use Udo's Choice.
