No, I was at a low of 118, last yr bounced back up to 135, now about 155. Doing a ton of cardio, more than weights. Doctors are telling me that heavy weights are a no-no due to severe HB (controlled by medication) and kidney disease

But this thread ain't about me...It's about Ahmo.
