I don't get it, aren't bodybuilders supposed to look muscular with tight shredded skin?

I can name at least 3-4 persons from my gym alone that looks better than him, although not bigger.

He's only 37 and he did look pretty good in 2008. What do you suppose the problem is? Maybe he is not spending enough money on gear? Training improperly, improper nutrition? Discuss.

well he was talking about his health + cleaning out a lot on here in the past year

that sort of talk suggests health problems and not minor ones as bodybuilders put physique > health

If the "growth of organs", "thickening of skin" and so on = true, then it supports Debussey's statement. Even the shape of his body = changed drastically.
