Be careful Rip, There seems to be quite the pack of salivating wolves surrounding you. You should have created a gimmick and posted these new pictures and watch as they failed to recognize just who you are.

The calorie difference is about 1400-1500 versus whatever the hell I want.

I don't diet at all during the off-season. I just train really hard and eat whatever I want. I am actually 6 pounds lighter this off-season versus last year, and I wouldn't mind being another 10 pounds lighter but whatever. The strength difference is pretty significant.

Looks like a fun show, lots of entertainment. Man Dexter has stepped it up a notch! He's in better shape in the deep offseason than some people bring to the stage, Cutler huge and not really too fat. Ripitupbaby cute as ever!

Rando had just come from the Pittsburgh Pro, where he placed sixth, which explains why he was in such great shape. I heard he also got the best poser award.
